Found them at Rue Caulaincourt, and Rue La Bruyère.

This is a new recipe of street art: scratch walls and throw litters of white painting. This is how you'll recognize VHILS' work in European cities (London, Moscow...). He became famous when he was associated with the King of street art, Banksy, at the Cans Festival in 2008.

Well, no doubt he deserves it: he is both an inventive mind, and a skillful portraitist.

After Moganshan Lu, Taikang Lu (a zone that has been growing very fast over the past 2 years...), now there is "Red Town" or 红坊

Art districts are mushrooming in Shanghai, gathering shops, design offices... and a few commercial galleries. It is very nice to walk around and have a coffee. But it is definitely not there that you'll meet any artist for real.
